Side Cutter for Brother Machines

While my serger is patiently waiting to be serviced so that I can use it again, I decided to purchase the side cutter for my brother sewing/embroidery machine. Pluses are that yes, it does cut the fabric. And it is very sharp, so be careful! Cons are that it doesn't really have a tight fit on the machine and you must hold the fabric just so in order to get a straight cut. Kind of a tricky learning curve. Overall, it is useful, just don't expect it to work as well as your serger!
