Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. If you did not receive a tracking number, you may call us and request it to be resent to you (or we can usually just track it right over the phone.)
During peak times of the year (Christmas, etc.) shipping always slow down. Please try to plan for this as vendors and distributors get backed up and shipping times both to us and from us suffer.
When Will It Ship?
Processing times vary during the year and the current expected processing times will always be posted in the shopping cart. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Orders placed on the weekend will be not be processed or shipped until normal business hours at the earliest.) HOWEVER, some items require additional processing time and we do not guarantee items will ship the same day. If you have questions about specific shipping times, please call us before the order is placed. We will be happy to tell you when you can expect shipment. We can and do ship from satellite warehouses and directly from vendors if we determine that it will expedite receipt of your order. Some orders will be sent in multiple shipments, however, no additional shipping charges will be billed to you.
