If I could give this zero stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE! This is junk software that you can do nothing with. It can't even be loaded onto your computer. Maybe it works if you have an embroidery machine that takes cd's ~ who knows just what it takes to get this to work. If you plan on being able to embroider these designs, well, you can't! You may as well take your money out to your driveway and set it on fire for what you get here.
Shipping was fast but this merchant looses credibility by selling unusable software. No Bonus was included either.

These designs are top quality and my guess would be she either doesn't know to unzip them or does not know you need embroidery software in order to send them to your machine.This is not software but designs to use on an embroidery machine.If you know what format your machine uses and you have the ability to end them to your machine then they work wonderfully.

You have to have an embroidery machine with the software to open these designs. Obviously she did not understand . These are absolutely wonderful designs. Good quality. Should ask for a refund since She did not realize what she was buying.
