I just received this for my Birthday and so far I just love it. It seems to be really easy to use. I like the fact that you can find what you want to stitch fast and not go through a lot of designs before you can find the one you want.

I've really enjoyed this program. My machine is a Janome 10001. I have the Customizer Plus, no Digitizer. With over 4000 designs, it was imperative to have an easy way to locate designs and know what I had. You have the option of cataloging only the design Format(s) that will work with your machine. My machine does both JEF and SEW Formats. Isn't it much more fun to create and sew than to search and search? I especially enjoy the ability to copy a design in more than one category, and you can create as many categories and sub categories as you wish! In each Category you can sort your designs by size,or name, or even date you received them. This is great! Especially nice is the area called 'notes' which allows you to type in special comments about a design. The location of each and every design is given. Even if your designs are in different places, it tells you where to go to get it! If you use Windows, you can do this program, the Format is so logical and similar. The instruction book is easy to understand and follow with step- by-step instructions with pictures or as 3D (my favorite as you can see what it looks like stitched). It is sort of like opening up Christmas presents when you can actually see all the beautiful designs you have in a photo arrangement. I did the 30-day trial first. The Amazing Design Personnel were great to work. It is well worth the $79.00 in my opinion. Lois P

I hate this program and wish I had never bought it. I purchased it several months ago as I had a lot of designs all over my computer. I used it for the first time and it was good. About a week later I went to use it again and it said do I have an activation # or do I want to use the 30 day trial, so I put the activation # in and it ran okay. The next time I tried to use it did the same thing as the first time. I emailed AD support and a woman named Nancy called me, when she found out that I was using Windows Vista, she said that was the problem, but yet it says on the side of the package Windows Vista compatible. Now whenever this comes up and I try to use the activation code it tells me I am out of the keys to use to activate the program, so I cannot use this program and it has some of my designs in it and I cannot get them out. I bought it on a whim and sorry that I did. I am going to contact AD one more time and asctivate the program and move my designs.

This product just paid for itself so felt compelled to write a review. I had my designs organized in neat little folders but I couldn't view the actual design so I would name them to help me figure out what they were. I kept a catalog of the designs but sometimes got lazy so wasn't always consistent keeping track of new designs so I finally gave up and purchased this product to help me out (I even had a folder called "Unknown Designs" filled with stuff that I had no clue what they were). I needed help from the tech department at one point and received both a return call and an email that solved my problem easily and quickly. I have a Brother Innovis 4000D. Tonight I was setting up to embroider names on fleece scarves using an alphabet from an independent digitizer. I downloaded the alphabet onto my USB but when I tried to view it on my machine the letters were so tiny and blurred I could not distinguish one from another. So I started again, going to Catalog It to view the alphabet. Catalog It not only allows you to view the design but it also lists the item number under the design. With that number I was able to go back and download only the letters I needed vs. the entire 84 letters of the alphabet and with only those few letters showing on my screen (in alphabetical order) I could figure out which was which. Color me Happy!!!! This is a "Get organized" program only, but the directions are clear and easy to follow, the setup makes access to designs extremely easy, and you can view designs based on categories or do a search. So if you want something uncomplicated to organized your designs and view them, I highly recommend this software.

 Program crashes
By Sandra from Charlotte, North Carolina
I have had this program since it first came out. I really liked it in the beginning but since then it has crashed 2 times. The first time it crashed we did not use the backup feature. The second time we used the back up but when it crashes it loses the back up information also. I spend hours on hours putting the information into the catalog just to have it crash and have to start over again. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a waste of your money

 Never Again
By Debbie
Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star for the rating. Personally I would not have chosen any but of course you don.t get that choice. The same as you never get a reply when you have something to complain about. £ emails later and I am still waiting. Had I know what I was getting I would never have bought this software. Firstly you only get one licence which means you can only use it on one computer. If you want to use it on another you have to transfer the licence. No mention of licence in the advertisment of course. So I figure this item was miss sold to me. Secondly it give you the option of backing up your hard work after sorting out your catalog. Only problem it does not give you the choice of where you want to back it up, which means that if your PC crashed so does you back. And once again you has to start from the beginning. Who came up with that idea? I will certainly not be recommending this to anyone or this company for that matter. Daylight robbery and lack of customer service is not something I would like to pass on to friends. I got a reputation to look after. What happened to yours?

Don't waste your time and money. I've never been more frustrated with any software! I've spent hours trying to get it to work properly. True, it is easily installed, but doesn't work. Every time I use it to scan for designs it does the job for that particular set of designs. If I close out the program or scan for additional designs, all the previous designs are annotated with "not found" and are not longer accessible. I've tried every combination of rules and they all do the same thing. The designs are only accessible for their inital cataloging. Once the system is closed or more designs scanned, the ones already catalogued become "not found." I hate this program.
