Great product but...

I was so excited when I ordered these. First off, if you look (carefully) at the picture, the strap that attaches to your luggage looks like it's velcro (no mention of what the actual strap part is made of in the description). I was so excited to open my package, the acrylic disc is great, the top part locks the monogram in and doesn't come apart unless you want it to. The strap on the other hand is plastic and closes just like a belt would, the only problem is it doesn't stay together whatsoever, if you attach this tag with the strap provided, I can guarantee it will fall out in your car (or home) way before you even get to the airport. I had to use ribbon (looped around) which secures the tag to the bag. I would have given this product 5 stars because other than the strap, it's perfect, but what good is a bag tag if it doesn't stay on?
