I haven't had a chance to use this thread yet, but I am sure it is a great thread. I wanted to let everyone know about the GREAT customer service that Mike gave me during my last shipment. My order was placed, shipped promptly and UPS had said they delivered it. Hmmm no package on my porch. I got online with Mike who promptly told me what I needed to do, and they worked right along with me til the problem was resolved. I can't thank Mike and all the employees for what they do.
