Cut strips to width indicated on tool. Next, lay the tool on the fabric strip with its point aligned at top of strip. Cut along the outside of tool. Then, flip the tool over. Align its point with bottom of strip to make your second cut. Repeat the process, flipping the tool and cutting to the end of fabric strip. Calculates setting blocks from 4" to 16".
